Klarna is a Swedish IT company founded in 2005 that provides easy payment solutions for the e-commerce industry.
I was part of the “Site & Infrastructure” (later "Web Experience") team, where I worked with product development design, usability testing, workshops and presentations for stakeholders, setting guidelines and templates, making sure guidelines were followed across teams, quality assurance and wireframing in close co-operation with other teams such as legal, app, brand and merchant.
One of the biggest challenges I took part in solving, was exploring and launching a new solution to the global navigation on the site. We mapped out user scenarios, wireframed hypothesis, tested, defended conclusions and got stakeholders on board.
